:: Team Shamar - Men's Ministry ::

Shamar in Hebrew means "to guard, to keep, and to have charge of." The word is first used when God asked Cain the whereabouts of his brother, Abel. God's expectation of Cain was that he was to guard, to keep, and have charge over the welfare of his brother.

God's expectation is that we, as Christian men, be mindful and keep a watchful eye over our brothers in Christ; seeking their success and being ever present to lift them up in times when they stumble. Team Shamar is about men being accountable to other men, helping them become all that they can be in Christ, and be a true representative of the love of God in their families and homes, their workplaces, wherever they go!

Along with Bible studies and special speakers, we have a variety of interests, including: breakfast, barbecues, sports championships, fishing trips and even camping! We'll let you know the day, time and place of our next event in this page or on the News & Events section. You are invited!
